Ingredients
2 broccoli
1 bunch of pine nuts
1 roma (or small) tomato
1 tbsp of sherry vinegar
1 jar of Tuna in olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
Sautee the pine nuts in a saucepan with no grease, until brown; for the broccoli, cut in small pieces, boil for 1 minute, and then place in iced water. Strain and mix with the nuts, tuna, diced tomatoes, vinegar, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Serve as a salad, add cottage cheese if you desire.
